Executive chef & owner John Simpson has been sculpting ice since 1992. John is the last of a dying breed and has sculpted the second largest ice sculpture in Utah, following behind the Olympic Team in 2002. John was a competitor at the 2010 world ice sculpting competition in Fairbanks, Alaska. Like John always says, “If you can supply an image, I can sculpt it!”
